Customers are responsible for ensuring that billing, shipping, contact, and personalization details are correct.

You agree not to use our website or services for unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders involving suspected fraud, unlawful activity, or prohibited materials, subject to applicable consumer-protection laws.

3. Products & Services

Boss Babe Apparel & Print Shop offers products and services that may include:

Product availability, designs, sizes, colors, and prices may change without prior notice.

Product photographs and mockups are intended to represent the general appearance of the merchandise. Minor color variations may occur.

4. Custom Orders & Personalization

All custom orders are created according to the information supplied by the customer.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and submitting accurate:

• Names and spelling

• Dates and special wording

• Clothing sizes and colors

• Design placement

• Artwork and photographs

• Logos and other personalized information

When a design proof is provided, the customer must review and approve it before production.

Approval confirms acceptance of the visible design details.

Changes requested after artwork approval or after production begins may result in additional fees.

5. Artwork & Copyright

Customers submitting logos, photographs, illustrations, characters, or other artwork must own the necessary rights or have permission to reproduce those materials.

By submitting artwork, customers grant Boss Babe Apparel & Print Shop permission to use the submitted materials solely as necessary to design, manufacture, and fulfill the customer's requested products and services.

We reserve the right to decline artwork that may infringe intellectual property rights, violate the law, or contain prohibited material.

Customers are responsible for obtaining necessary reproduction permissions for customer-supplied designs.

6. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Payment is required before custom production begins unless a different payment arrangement has been expressly approved.

Prices may vary based on:

• Product type

• Apparel size

• Printing locations

• Design complexity

• Personalization requirements

• Quantity

• Rush production

• Additional printing or editing services

Any applicable taxes, shipping charges, and selected customization fees will be disclosed during checkout or before an order is finalized.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If an error affects an order already placed, we will notify the customer and provide appropriate options, including cancellation and a refund when applicable.

7. Production & Turnaround Times

Our standard production turnaround is approximately 10 business days for most custom merchandise.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding recognized holidays and announced business closures.

The production period begins after payment, receipt of all required information and artwork, necessary artwork approval, and material availability.

Certain products, specialty orders, and large-quantity orders may require additional production time.

Production time does not include shipping transit time.

Estimated production periods are not guarantees of delivery by a specific date unless expressly confirmed.

Applicable shipping commitments and customer rights concerning delays remain in effect.

8. Rush Orders

Rush production services may be available for an additional charge.

All rush orders must be approved before expedited production is confirmed.

Rush order acceptance depends on available materials, artwork readiness, production scheduling, and order complexity.

Paying a rush fee or requesting expedited service does not guarantee a completion date unless expressly approved by Boss Babe Apparel & Print Shop.

9. Shipping & Local Pickup

We offer shipping and multiple designated local pickup locations for eligible orders.

Available shipping and pickup options will be presented during checkout or confirmed through order communications.

Customers selecting pickup must wait for an order-ready notification before arriving at the designated pickup location.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact information.

Shipping and delivery estimates may vary based on carrier services, location, order size, and product availability.

If we cannot ship an order within an applicable promised timeframe, we will provide the delay notifications, consent options, cancellation rights, and refunds required by law.

10. Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

Due to the personalized nature of our products, correctly produced custom and made-to-order merchandise is generally final sale.

We do not ordinarily accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect sizing selected by the customer, customer-submitted spelling errors, or approved design preferences.

However, this policy does not eliminate any rights or remedies provided by applicable law.

If an order is damaged, defective, or materially incorrect, please contact us within 3 calendar days of receiving it whenever possible, including photographs and your order number.

The requested notification period does not restrict applicable legal rights.

We will review reported issues and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include correction, replacement, or refund.

11. Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests should be submitted promptly.

Orders that have not entered production may be eligible for cancellation.

Once custom production begins, cancellation may not be possible, except where required by law.

If Boss Babe Apparel & Print Shop is unable to fulfill an order, applicable refunds and cancellation rights will be honored.

12. Digital Products & Downloads

Digital products may include eBooks, planners, printable files, templates, workbooks, educational resources, and downloadable materials.

Digital purchases are intended for the purchaser's personal or authorized business use unless a different license is expressly provided.

Customers may not resell, redistribute, share commercially, or reproduce digital products beyond the permissions granted with the purchase.

Digital products are generally nonreturnable after delivery or access, except where otherwise required by law.

If we cancel a class, participants will be offered a refund or an alternative arrangement they may voluntarily accept.

Participation in a class does not guarantee business income, employment, certification, or specific results unless expressly stated.

14. Intellectual Property

Customer-owned artwork remains the property of its respective owner.
