At Boss Babe Apparel & Print Shop, we take pride in creating quality custom merchandise. Please review our refund and return policy before placing an order.

Custom Merchandise — Final Sale

Due to the personalized nature of our products, correctly produced custom and made-to-order items are final sale, except where required by law.

These products include:

• Custom T-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, and long sleeve shirts

• Memorial, graduation, birthday, and photo shirts

• DTF prints and transfers

• Personalized gifts, cups, and decals

• Business uniforms and branded apparel

• Other customized merchandise

We do not ordinarily accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, customer-selected sizing errors, incorrect information supplied by customers, or approved customization choices.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us within 3 calendar days of receiving your order whenever possible.

To help us resolve the concern, please provide:

• Your order number

• A description of the problem

• Clear photographs of the product and affected area

We will review the concern and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include correction, replacement, or refund.

The requested 3-day reporting period does not limit or eliminate any rights or remedies provided by applicable law.

Order Cancellations

Customers should submit cancellation requests as soon as possible.

If production has not started, a cancellation may be approved, with any applicable charges for completed design work disclosed and assessed only where lawful.

Once customized production begins, cancellation may not be possible.

If we cannot fulfill an order or meet an applicable shipping commitment, customers will receive the choices and refunds required by law.

Digital Products & eBooks

Digital products, including eBooks, templates, planners, workbooks, and downloadable files, are generally final sale once delivered or accessed, subject to applicable law.

If a purchased digital file is defective or cannot be accessed, please contact us so we can provide assistance and an appropriate remedy.

In-Person Classes & Workshops

Specific cancellation, transfer, and rescheduling terms will be listed on each class or workshop registration page.

If Boss Babe Apparel & Print Shop cancels a class, registrants will receive a refund or may voluntarily choose an alternative arrangement.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method. Processing and posting times vary by payment provider.
