Frequently Asked Questions

How long does it take to receive my order?

Our standard production turnaround is approximately 10 business days after payment, receipt of all required information, and any necessary artwork approval. Shipping time is additional.

Do you accept rush orders?

Yes! Rush orders are available upon approval. Additional fees may apply depending on the requested completion date.

Can I upload my own design?

Absolutely! Customers can submit their artwork through the upload option on eligible product pages.

Do you accept bulk orders?

Yes! We welcome orders for schools, businesses, churches, organizations, family reunions, and special events. Contact us for a customized quote.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes. Multiple designated pickup locations are available for eligible orders. Customers will receive pickup instructions and confirmation when their orders are ready.

Can I return a custom order?

Correctly produced personalized merchandise is generally final sale. If an order is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 calendar days whenever possible. This reporting request does not limit applicable consumer rights.

At Boss Babe Apparel & Print Shop, we provide custom Direct-to-Film (DTF) transfers for apparel creators, small businesses, and individuals.

DTF Transfer Pricing

  • Youth DTF Transfer — Up to 9 inches: $6 each

  • Adult DTF Transfer — Up to 11 × 14 inches: $7 each

Prices are per individual transfer. Quantity can be selected when ordering.

What Is DTF Printing?

Direct-to-Film printing is a method of producing printed transfers that can be applied to compatible garments using a heat press.

Artwork Requirements

  • PNG format preferred

  • Transparent background required

  • High-resolution artwork recommended, ideally 300 DPI at final print size

  • Artwork must fit within the selected print dimensions

  • Customer artwork must be print-ready

  • Background removal or design correction is not included in standard transfer pricing

Can I Upload Multiple Designs?

Yes, different designs can be ordered separately. Select the quantity for each design and add each unique design to your cart individually.

Can You Fix My Artwork?

Artwork editing may be available for an additional charge. Please contact us before ordering if your artwork requires extensive adjustments.

Do You Offer Gang Sheets?

DTF gang sheets are not currently available for online ordering.

Do DTF Transfers Come Already Applied to Shirts?

No. DTF transfers are sold separately and are ready to be applied to compatible apparel using appropriate heat-press equipment.

How Do I Apply My DTF Transfers?

Application Steps

  1. Preheat Your Heat Press: Set your heat press to 350°F.

  2. Prepare Your Garment: Place the garment on the press and pre-press briefly to remove moisture and wrinkles.

  3. Position Your Transfer: Place the DTF transfer on the garment with the printed design facing the fabric.

  4. Press the Transfer: Apply even pressure for the recommended pressing time for 15   seconds.

  5. Allow to Cool Completely: Remove the garment from the press and wait until the transfer film is completely cool.

  6. Cold Peel: Slowly remove the carrier film once fully cooled. Do not peel while hot.

  7. Check the Application: Inspect the design for complete adhesion before wearing or washing.

Important Notes

  • These transfers are COLD PEEL ONLY.

  • Do not remove the carrier film while hot or warm.

  • Always use a heat press for consistent results.

  • Test the settings on a sample garment before production.

  • Heat-sensitive fabrics may require different application settings.

  • Follow any additional instructions included with your order.

Boss Babe Apparel & Print Shop is not responsible for application errors caused by incorrect heat, pressure, pressing time, or peeling techniques. This does not limit any rights customers may have regarding defective transfers.

How Should I Care for Finished DTF Apparel?

Follow the garment and transfer-specific care instructions. Washing garments inside out, avoiding harsh bleach, and minimizing excessive heat can help maintain the printed design. Do not iron directly on design after washing.
