Production & Turnaround Time Policy

At Boss Babe Apparel & Print Shop, we strive to deliver high-quality products with care, attention to detail, and dependable service.

Please review our production timelines before placing your order.

Standard Turnaround Time

Our standard turnaround time is 10 business days for most custom apparel, DTF prints, decals, and personalized merchandise.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding recognized holidays and announced business closures.

When Production Begins

The production turnaround begins once all of the following requirements have been completed:

1. Full payment is received.

2. All required artwork and personalization information is received.

3. Necessary design proofs have been approved.

4. Required materials are available for production.

Orders with incomplete information or pending approvals may experience delays.

Custom Designs & Photo Products

Items requiring extensive artwork creation, detailed photo editing, multiple design revisions, or specialized printing may require additional time.

Customers will be notified when an order requires an extended production schedule.

Business, School & Bulk Orders

Bulk orders for businesses, schools, organizations, churches, and events may require additional processing time depending on quantity, availability, and customization requirements.

Completion estimates will be communicated before production begins.

Rush Orders

Rush orders are accepted when production capacity allows.

Rush requests must be reviewed and approved before expedited production is confirmed.

Additional rush fees may apply based on the requested completion date and complexity of the order.

Submitting a rush request or paying for an expedited option does not guarantee a particular completion date unless that date has been expressly confirmed.

Shipping & Local Pickup

The 10-business-day production period does not include shipping transit time.

Customers selecting local pickup at one of our designated pickup locations will receive a notification when their merchandise is ready.

Please do not arrive for pickup before receiving confirmation.

Holidays & Peak Seasons

Production may require additional time during high-volume periods, including holidays, graduation season, homecoming, and major school events.

We recommend ordering well in advance of time-sensitive occasions.

Unexpected Delays

If an unexpected issue affects your order, we will contact you with updated information.

When an applicable shipping deadline cannot be met, customers will be offered the delay-consent, cancellation, or refund options required by law.
