Thank you for choosing Boss Babe Apparel & Print Shop! We specialize in custom apparel, DTF prints, business apparel, personalized gifts, decals, and other printed merchandise.

Please review our custom order requirements before completing your purchase.

Ordering & Personalization

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including:

  • Names, dates, spelling, and personalized wording

  • Garment sizes, styles, and colors

  • Artwork, photographs, logos, and designs

  • Design placement and printing instructions

  • Quantity and any special requests

We are not responsible for errors reproduced directly from customer-submitted information or approved proofs, except where otherwise required by law.

Artwork Requirements

All artwork should be submitted in a clear, high-quality format suitable for printing.

  • DTF transfers require print-ready artwork with a transparent background unless artwork preparation has been purchased.

  • PNG files are preferred for DTF printing.

  • Photographs should be clear and high resolution.

  • Additional fees may apply for photo editing, background removal, graphic design, and artwork corrections.

  • Low-quality artwork may delay production or require additional services.

Copyright & Artwork Permissions

Customers must own or have permission to reproduce submitted artwork, photographs, logos, and other protected materials.

Boss Babe Apparel & Print Shop reserves the right to decline orders involving unauthorized copyrighted or trademarked material or otherwise unlawful content.

Design Proofs & Approval

When a proof is provided, customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all wording, spelling, names, dates, colors, and design placement.

Approval authorizes production of the approved design.

Changes requested after approval or after production begins may result in additional fees.

Production Time

Our standard turnaround is 10 business days after payment, receipt of all required order information, and completion of any necessary artwork approval.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding recognized holidays and announced closures.

Production may take longer for complex designs, large orders, specialty products, or unavailable materials. Any revised schedule will be communicated to the customer.

Rush Orders

Rush orders may be accepted based on production availability.

  • Rush service requires approval before expedited production is confirmed.

  • Additional rush charges may apply.

  • Rush availability depends on artwork readiness, inventory, order size, and production capacity.

  • An expedited completion date is confirmed only after approval.

Printing & Color Variations

Printed colors may vary slightly from digital screens because of garment materials, printing processes, and display settings.

Minor variations that are consistent with normal production tolerances are not automatically considered defects.

Payment

Payment is required before custom production begins unless another arrangement is expressly approved.

Orders with incomplete payment or missing details may be delayed.

Customers should respond promptly to requests for additional information or design approval.
